Acceptance of Terms and Conditions and Amendments

Each time you use our website you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time with or without notice to you. You are subject to any rules or guidelines Superstar Arts set out in these Terms and Conditions. We will not be liable if for any reason the website is unavailable at any time for reasons beyond our control or for us to maintain or update the site. All contents are owned by us and all rights are reserved. 

Any copying or unlicensed use of any of the contents of our site, other than that permitted by us, is strictly prohibited.

 

Purchasing online with Superstar Arts

By purchasing from our online shop, you will be automatically agreeing to the all the above terms and conditions of sale. On receipt of full payment, Superstar Arts will send your order to you as soon as possible. Superstar Arts reserves the right to decline any order with no responsibility to you. We reserve the right to refuse to process a transaction for any reason at any time at our sole discretion. Our Website allows you to pay for goods online, only when payment is received will we dispatch goods.

Handmade Items

Due to the nature of some of our products being handmade/handprinted, the products you receive might vary slightly from the product picture. Each printed item will therefore be unique. Every attempt has been made to represent products as accurately as possible, any images published are for illustrative purpose only.

Care for your new fabric items e.g. Tote Bags/Tea Towels/T-Shirts

For best results:

* Hand Wash recommended

* Line Dry recommended

* Cool Iron on reverse.

* Do Not Bleach

* Follow all Care Instructions that come with your item (s)

Your product may be damaged if:

* Machine washed on a high temperature

* Products are not washed separately or with similar coloured items,

* Products are washed using bleach

* Products are tumble dried on high temperature.

* Ironed a very high heat 

Delivery

We will process orders and sort out deliveries twice a week usually on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. We send out orders through Royal Mail 1^st Class postal services except for the larger purchases where will arrange delivery through a courier service.

International Orders will be sent out by Royal Mail International, prices will vary depending on shipping destination.

Any taxes and/or duty fees incurred by purchasing from Superstar Arts online shop are the responsibility of the customer. Superstar Arts has no responsibility for any additional fees applied to you order after purchasing.

 

Delivery/Refunds/Incorrect/Damaged

If purchases are damaged or the delivery is incorrect, please notify us a problem within 48 hours of receipt, will be to make good any shortage or non-delivery; to replace any damaged goods or to refund to you the amount paid by you for the purchases in question.
Returned items must be returned in original packaging. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us immediately. Please note return postage and packaging is non refundable. (Items must not have been used or worn if applicable)

You can cancel a generic order from the moment you place the order until 14 working days after you have received the goods.

Superstar Arts shall have no liability regarding undelivered orders to you, unless you notify us of the problem before 28 days of the date on which you ordered the items. 

 

Reservation of Rights

We reserve all our rights, including but not limited to all copyrights, trademarks, designs, patents, trade secrets, and any other proprietary right that we may have in our website, its content, and our goods. The use of our rights and property (including all designs and 
logos) requires our prior written consent. We are not providing you with any implied or express licenses or rights by making products available to you and you will have no rights to make any commercial uses of our website without our prior written consent.

Our Service

Our products and website services are provided to you on and through our website on an “as is” basis. You agree that the owners of this website exclusively reserve the right and may, at any time and without notice and any liability to you, modify or discontinue this website or any of our products.

Your Conduct

In using our Website, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding your use and viewing and purchasing.

 

Liability

Superstar Arts will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) arising out of any problem you notify to us under this condition, and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the products in question.
